Most of the components are DIN rail mounted with easy access. The PLC with its integrated PID controllers allows for advanced control schemes. We spend a little more on hardware so you can save on labor and downtime.

We use a PC as the Man Machine Interface. Here the operator can easily view the on-going test, trend any parameters, set alarms, explore the log of prior shutdowns etc. The system even provides a feature where data are collected and buffered at a higher rate should any of the alarm limits be exceeded. This way, the engineer has plenty of invaluable data on hand in case of a compressor failure. The testing can also be viewed over the Internet.
